Been here a couple times for happy hour as well as dinner. I recommend the lamb, short ribs and rotisserie chicken (in that order). Grab a cocktail and sit outside if weather permits!
This is my favorite place to be. And not just because I love fire. But there is a fireplace, gas lanterns, and a wood oven. Those things make a cold manhattan and a flatbread simply Devine.

Thomas AdkinsNovember 12, 2013This is a gothic little gem I found when visiting Portland. A mix between a bistro and the setting of a Brothers Grimm's fairy tale. Food was great and very reasonable & the staff was very pleasant.

Bacon, nettle pesto, fingerlings, mozzarella, and an egg from the owner's hens. #duh. This shit is good.

Try the "Full Bloody Irish" a Bloody Mary using Hot Monkey pepper vodka, house Worcestershire, Vida mezcal, Guinness, celery & Damnation bitters.
