Ange SDecember 13, 2016The tonkotsu is a very light soup stock from pork and chicken (akin to a heavy dashi base?). If you ask for spice, I think they add something like sriracha, which gives the ramen a tangy aftertaste.

Sanna WickmanAugust 7, 2016Worst ramen I ever had! Not spicy at all, the vegetarian miso broth tasted nothing but salt, and had canned corn in it?! The kimchi wasn't good either. Would not recommend :(
