William NgJanuary 1, 2022Pretty nice mall that's easy to navigate due to its long-ish design. Many retail and food outlets. The anchor department store and supermarket is AEON. Expect jams into the parking due to SOP.

Well, I usually come here for 2 reasons however, it's still a nice place for shopping as well because all brands are located near each other and on the same wing..it makes it easier to walk around.
Wide mall in Penang, feel free to shop here and exercise as well after have your meal. Great location to chill out.
Place for watch movies in cinema. The new food court named Quens Street have very nice ambience.

Most of the halal restaurants (Kenny Rogers, Secret Recipe, Nandos etc) are fully booked during dinner hrs for Buka Puasa folks. Hey we need to eat too!

Surau at Level 5, south zone. Accessible from elevator at south zone only. Look for AEON for easier direction.
Try avoiding parking at the parcel opposite the mall, poorly maintained land. Very bumpy and at the moment only one of the ticket payment machine is functioning. Long queue during peak hours.
u can see high school student 'lepak-ing' in here every saturday and sunday. fullhouse !
Don't visit during public holidays and weekends! The crowd is madness!

One car park entrance always closed in weekend, creating bottlenecks. Very frustrating!
Goods are pretty cheap when they have promotions....Plenty of F&Bs....

Eve SQRMarch 14, 2016No clear sign for disabled parking from the parking entrance. The parking staff were like deer in headlight when asked about it. Quite frustrating for such a big mall. Even Tesco have it better.
