The place has a great atmosphere, good music, and I could smell the delicious pizza. I had a slice of the artichoke pizza. Not too cheesy and not too greasy. Pretty big piece for fair price.
Had to make a return trip because the owner was nice and wanted to say hi. I missed him, but Joe was very accommodating. Friendly staff and speedy service. Definitely will return. Loyal customer here!
While the pizza here is really good and has incredibly creative toppings, you should get one of the roast beef sandwiches for lunch instead. Probably one of the best I've ever had.
Not best but one of the better NYC pizza joints in Midtown E area. Focaccia Grandma was decent & BBQ Chicken (lotsa ckn & a bit saucier than I like) had same great taste of ones I miss from Cali.
FREE scoop of Italian ice w/ Yelp check-in! Loved the orangevanilla swirl (like an orange creamsicle) but wished they put it in 2 cups instead of 1 thin one which got pretty messy when melted.

Tues and Thurs roast beef sandwich is a must. I am totally serious. It's that good. There are no fillers just a good amount of tender delicious roast beef. Maybe get a can of V8 to balance it out?
Best Pizza Place in Midtown by far. Also has great sandwiches on homemade bread. Love that the toppings are more than the usual pepperoni and sausage...we're talking artichokes and broccoli rabe, and
On a Tuesday or Thursday get the roast beef on foccacia with garlic butter, rosemary potato chips, and fresh mozz. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had.
No amount of cheese or au jus could've saved my bland, leathery, overcooked roast beef. I would've believed it if you told me that it was "steak" from the Subway across the street.
