People generally keep to themselves in this low-key and easy going environment. Plus the machines are newer than MANY gyms in the area, and patrons all disinfect their stations respectfully! Clean!
It is so much better than 24 Hour Fitness un regards to no booming music in the background.
Try the circuit workout if you only have 30 minutes. But be quick!!!

The only down fall is the food network on the TVs. That's annoying.
