- Steven McGoughOctober 6, 2012Great gym! Check out all of the equipment they have available. If you like free weights they have them too. Multiple pulleys for cable exercises so barely any waiting. Squat rack has a lock mechanism.

Evenings and Saturdays are slow or no one almost. Peace of mind for the price.
You can listen to the radio or plug your headset in to listen to several different TV Channels while you work out.
Watch out for 16 year olds only worried about "spring break " bodies. All arm curls. No legs
Ask trainer Steve for a boot camp session it hurts so good
