This plc has everything except the most important thing us mommy's need which is CHILD CARE!!!!! A lot of mom's like myself cannot come here as much as we would like to due to our children. Hopeful- Gym staff & trainers are very friendly & helpful. Tanning, massage chairs/bed, showers, plus workout equipment is GREAT!!!!!! Clean environment.
i love this place its never busy and its always so peaceful there and u get a great workout
Very friendly staff, no need to have a contract, nice machines and ambient.- Static stretching (holding a stretch for 10secs) is shown to hinder your strength. Instead, try dynamic stretching (quick, short bursts)
