So into their green pizzas. How did it take so long for the world to think of tomatillo sauce on a pizza?
The burger is the best in the city and I don't say that lightly.
Alberto MannApril 14, 2017Wildly overrated pizza. Not saying it's bad but doesn't live up to hype/FSq rating. Excessive toppings/sauce created soggy, greasy and chewy crust. Plain pizza was better than Colony for this reason.
Get the Grave Blanc AOC (white Bordeaux blend) with any white pizza.
Menu stars include: The Colony, the Q, and the kale salad.
Split the Spinach Salad, burger, and Emily pizza #perfectmeal
Execution has become frustratingly inconsistent. Quality of pizza is not as it was a few years back. Dough on most recent visit was almost naan-like, not in a good way.
