Been here 5+ times
I don't know about delivery but it's not bad if you want to grab a slice or two in house. The service is very spotty. (I once waited 5 mins for someone to serve me and left.)

They will deliver to East Syracuse.

Give you a 45 min wait and then take 1 hour and 25 mins to deliver cold food and burnt wings, deff not worth the money.
