Ana N.January 21, 2013The craft brews are delicious and different. Try it black, even if you usually have creamer or milk. I never have mine black but I have to say it was great. Needs more seating somehow though.
OQ stands for "Old Queens", a former name of nearby Rutgers University metonymically taken from the oldest building on campus. Enjoy this direct-sourced fact over some direct trade coffee served here.- Delicious espresso and pourover coffee. The milk comes from a local PA dairy with grass-fed Holstein cows, which results in better froth in your lattes and cappuccinos.
I've heard it's the best coffee in NJ. I'm a tea drinker and can only vouch for their tea selection... it's great!
Turns out the Askinosie Itty bars have four different varieties: check out ones from Tanzania, Ecuador, Honduras, and the Philippines.
- If you ask one of the baristas, they will recommend the mocha; as they are still adjusting the recipe, you're looking at the equivalent of 3 shots of espresso in a large (it used to be 4).
They now have a rotating rewards program...check the paper in front of the register to see if your purchase will give you points!
This place is quite the hidden gem and could be easily overlook. Come for their house roasted beans and a bangin cup of coffee- They do a great chai latte with almond milk, both iced or hot. Espresso drinks are great too

The hot chocolate here is really good. It's rich, smooth, and not too sweet.

It just keeps getting better and better and beetttttterrrrr and better!
You have to go to Austin or Seattle for coffee this good.
