Lisa TSeptember 24, 2011If getting beans ask what the roasting date is (it's on the bag). Try not to get anything roasted past 4 to 5 days if possible. You'll totally notice a dif. in taste.
Peets Arabian Mocha Sanani is the best for coffee beans (In the Bay Area). Low acid, full rich flavor. Small beans, dark roast. Great for espresso or drip.
