Binchotan is the way to go! The white oak seared options are amazing! The mushroom rice is delicious and the pork butt decadent. And the sommelier is fantastic. Thanks Paul for coming to Miami!
I came here with my friend and was totally impressed by it! Coming from NY, I have a high bar for Asian fusiony trendyrestaurant, but this one exceeded my expectation for food and cocktails!
Paul Qui's first restaurant outside of Austin, and easily the best new restaurant in Miami. Try the unicorn (Uni), chirashi, katsusando, pork adobo rice, and binchotanskewers.
Best dishes were the foie gras on misobanana bread, pork adobo with perfectly cooked gingerrice and spicyfried chicken with banana sauce. The server and sommelier were also outstanding!
Everything was great! From the tuna with dragon fruit and aloe, the roasted green salad, and the short ribrice. Yum. Great bartenders- Vlad was very nice and helpful.
Phenomenal on so many levels. The starters Kinilaw and Aguachile were the bomb. The spicy chicken was good. The cocktails! Ask Nikita for recommendations
Fantastic restaurant with awesome service. It's a twist on Michelin starAsian food. I would go back time anytime again. Simply sublime. Winefriendly and took 2 btls in with corkage.
Everything! I would suggest the Chef's choice! It gives you a little taste of the many items on the menu! Superb service, ambiance and the food no words to express how great it was!
Qui is a street food guy and it shows: fried chicken is the highlight and he basically wastes A5 wagyu in his strip. Stick to the small dishes and enjoy the atmosphere.
