Paillard Baguette
Made from white flour containing only the mealy, the powdery texture of the wheat kernel (or “wheat berry) of the wheat germ. Akin to the baguette of france, it features the soft, moist and porous on the inside, and the crisp, delicate crust on the outside.
Raisin Loaf
Made with nutritious sultana raisins and currants. Outstanding flavour and aroma in a blend of organic all-purpose and white flour.
Whole Wheat Leaf
