Favorite spot for locals in New York! Rustic hole in the wall with the most delicious grab & go dishes. The morning oats, avocado toast, 1/2 baked chicken, kale side... all warm at first bite.
Great for grab and go- I had the fish of the day plate (cod + choice of 2 salads/grains) and it was delicious and light. Their food is made w/ wellness & health in mind, a perfect post workout meal!
Go-to coffee spot! Avocado toast (with or without an egg on top!) is amazing... so is the banana almond butter toast. Great takeaway dinner options (always a healthy veggie or grain).

Great place for a healthy, quiet dinner. Lovely market salads, tasty proteins (roast chicken, hanger steak, fish), slightly overpriced wines by the glass. Not much seating so prepare to make friends.
