Anton VamplewJune 7, 2013If you need to change GBP to Euros (or probably any other currency) NEVER use the exchange places in the airport - rip off. Type Thomas Global Exchange into Google and get a much better rate. :-)
All shops/food closes at 9pm so don't come hungry for a late flight

Matthew BrooksSeptember 5, 2011Be prepared for a long walk to Passport Control and a long wait there. If you have one of the electronic passports use the auto-check queue - it's complicated but much faster.
Make sure you bring a £1 coin with you as you'll need it for a trolley.
Avoid security line 1, on the far right. The boarding pass check may be much faster but its where they put all the pushchair and pram families for x-ray.

Annoyingly All Saints is only in the south terminal. The two terminals should have the same shops :)
