Either they have to many cars or their parking lot is to small. Driving around their lot is very tight and tricky.

If you have service or parts coupons, give them to your advisor. The cashier will take care of the rewards side for you.

Was bumped into by one of salesman walking toward each other and knocked up against the wall...no apology given. Also, was told one thing on a deal/car then the tried to downgrade it.

The absolute worst car buying experience I've ever had, made even worse by the post-sale treatment. This place is every stereotypical thing you hate about dealerships, but worse. AVOID.

Also, my aunt has had her Murano serviced there 3 times since she bought it at Action Nissan and she won't ever be back to N of CS because of the lack of customer service.
