Ty Lim: Lines are shorter on the weekdays, so go then if you can. Also, the pure pork dumplings are really popular and they typically run out of those first so get there early if that's what you're craving.
Eli Showalter: This place is without a doubt the best cafe space in the city. Full of light and green plants. The coffee is also top notch, the baristas are well trained and care about the full experience.
KM: The draw here is the atmosphere more than the food. Old-style China decor, often lively, cocktails, lots of foreigners here. Food is usually fine. I mostly go for visitors. Walk to nightlife nearby.

Lucero Viktoria: A drink on the roof top (with a lovely view) makes for a lovely way to spend your summer days or eves. Try the Grasshopper or any elderflower based drink for the perfect summer feel!
