Been going here for years and it's really the best luxury gym in Manhattan at a somewhat affordable price. Classes and amenities are great. Wish they had a Brooklyn location.

USE A LOCKER! This is not your bedroom. Your underwear should not be in the middle of the floor.
The whirlpool here is awesome - not crowded, spacious, and super relaxing!
Don't forget to take a break between reps to hold in your farts.
Ron is a fantastic trainer and I love the whirlpool after a tough workout!- Hot Tub Time Machine in basement can take you to 2004. Dial it up.
Get a personal training with Heather for one on one yoga. WORTH IT.
Most of the arc trainers are broken (incline falls ASAP). 23rd st & park ave's are good tho
Now that the smoothies are made by Blossom Du Jour, they do not honor the special.
Don't be fooled by the climbing wall. It never gets used.
Live tv on the treadmills makes you forget your running
