They've raised their prices a bit--from $14 to $16 for a men's cut. But it's still an excellent deal and well worth the trip!

Best spot in NYC for a standard cut, and the price is right!! I live in a overseas now, but will delay my normal cut up to 3weeks if I know I'll be back in NYC, just so I can hit Neighborhood!

One of the best deals in the city--period. $14 for a scissor cut and a straight razor to clean up the back of the neck.

Good place for men haircut. Boris was nice but did not bother me with a lot of chitchat. He did a good job on my hair. Plus, the place is cheap (14€ + tip).
