Nathan: Spacious spot to get your mini golf/cornhole/Jenga/SNES fix on. Plenty of food and drink options as well, ranging from bubble tea to fried chicken to caesar salads.
Nathan: Small, chill bar with a dance floor across the way from Triangle. Great music and relaxed outdoor vibes, with foosball tables and plenty of tables.
Nathan: Feels like you’re in a living room (in a good way). Decent drinks, especially good 滷肉飯. The only downside is the smoking policy — you walk out reeking of cigarettes.
Constance | @croostifoodi: Cocktails are pretty good although too expensive. Stunning view, but you need to book a table to fully enjoy it. Venue is super warm during hot days, aircon is too low. Nice crowd, nice music.
Nathan: Wow. Easily one of the best cocktail bars in Taipei. Bespoke drinks crafted by a Japanese bartender who clearly knows what he’s doing, and takes it very seriously. No music and no loud noises.
Dan Money: Well done space and they have good rotation turnover on the taps. Really one of the few (only?) Asian craft breweries that truly understands the game and can execute
Y: A speakeasy bar that's part of Amba hotel. Cocktails range from ok to great depending on the bartender. I like the ambience and music. Super chilled place to catch up with friends after work.
Margaret Ippolito: Pick a spirit, tell the bar tenders what you’re in the mood for and they’ll make you something awesome. Come early, the place gets crowded.
Nathan: Get a bottle of champagne, a cheese plate, and 12 gyozas. The sauces they serve are also on point (definitely try the Sichuan peppercorn oil). Sounds like a weird combo, but makes so much sense.
