Best sandwiches in little Italy, the market place is great for anyone looking for a good quality selection of what you would find in a Italian market. The restaurant connected is also very good.
Top two spots in little Italy and very very reasonable prices. Such a fabulous setting to enjoy the Mona Lisa without the price tag of a flight to France.
Laura BJuly 25, 2017Mona Lisa had delicious lunch specials. I ordered the half salad, half lasagna. The restaurant makes you feel as if you are sitting in your grandmothers dining room. Friendly staff too!
Best place in San Diego for a Greek Boy to get his kalamata olives. Also try the deli sandwiches, octopus and artichoke salads and fresh breads.

We moved from San Diego to Arizona. We always stop by here to pickup what we need plus a couple sandwiches before heading back.
The deli sandwiches are gigantic and inexpensive. If you know what you want, call your order ahead instead of waiting in an insane line.

Try the salad and pizza... Awesome spaghetti with meat sauce too!
