I trained with Marco before, during and after my pregancy and he was very knowledgable and professional as well as very fun to work with! Definitely recommend him for every new and expecting mom!- Marco is an excellent trainer, and this is a great studio on the UWS. Focuses on a good mix of strength, function and mobility.
