We tried ippudo, toto and the spicy Ramen at Minca is still our favorite in NYC- JoyceAugust 2, 2021Don’t get the spicy tsukumen! It was not spicy and too salty. With that said, the host was quite friendly, but this place was quite busy during COVID-19. Plan to wait at least 5 minutes.
Don't overlook the daikon salad. It's huge and delicious.
The cold spicy miso ramen was confusing but as delicious as the hot one.
Best raman in NY. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
