- Maitland WatersOctober 16, 2013are you working your way through my Maitdizzy dogg NYC noodle bar list on 4 square? ;-) great to meet up last night.
- Michelle YanMarch 12, 2014I recommend getting the Minca or Minca Sio. But regardless of which ramen you get, the meat is sooooo tender!
- Chloe HNovember 20, 2014Spicy miso perfect for a cold day. Don't sit at the bar in front of the door, brrr!
- Carissa GOctober 27, 2013The pork & chicken broth is absolutely delicious! Spice it up with a splash of chili oil.
- Gabrielle ShinerAugust 24, 2013This place is awesome! Really down to earth. And, yes vegans, they have options!

- Jesse BoyesAugust 31, 2014There are no wrong answers at Minca, but spicy basic w/ thin noodle is the right answer.
- Sarah ChoMarch 20, 2015Maybe it was an off night but it just wasn't impressive. I orders the spicy miso & had high hopes but other than the cha siew (roast pork) being melt in your mouth there wasn't much depth or flavor 😕
- Renato Valdes OlmosMarch 24, 2011Fantastic homemade noodles in a variety of delicious broths. I got the Wahoo with pork, and a side of kimchee. See pic.
- SkeeterNYCDecember 19, 2010Spicy Miso Ramen was soooo rich. Almost too rich. But, man, they cook their pork perfectly. Well done, but still not as good as Totto Ramen or Ippudo.
- Blue BayerApril 3, 2011They open at noon so if you roll in at 10 after you can have the place to yourself. The mound of radish salad with peanut sauce is really nice.
- Breeze SkrrtJuly 23, 2015Cash only and prepare to sweat if you go in summer. Still always tasty, whatever you get.
- Spicy miso tsukemen with thick noodles. Unbelievably satisfying.
- Helen SJanuary 25, 2012you can choose b/t pork or chicken for the ramen topping. afterwards, go to ace bar to play some skee-ball.
- We tried ippudo, toto and the spicy Ramen at Minca is still our favorite in NYC
- JoyceAugust 2, 2021Don’t get the spicy tsukumen! It was not spicy and too salty. With that said, the host was quite friendly, but this place was quite busy during COVID-19. Plan to wait at least 5 minutes.
- Don't overlook the daikon salad. It's huge and delicious.
- The cold spicy miso ramen was confusing but as delicious as the hot one.
- Best raman in NY. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
- Thomas PajorJune 25, 2015The Minca Ramen was magnificent. But: Sitting at the bar, the AC blew a freaking cold storm in my face. That was really unpleasant and ruined the experience.
