Every summer, we employ nearly 100 young adults to perform vital land conservation and forest fire mitigation projects in Metro Denver and the Southern Front Range. Here are a few of their projects!
1. Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre
Colorado: Much of today's Red Rocks Amphitheatre was carved out by the Civilian Conservation Corps as part of Roosevelt's New Deal.
2. Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge
Ginger Pelz: Over 8 miles of hiking trails! During the summer, the Refuge is open 6am-6pm Tues, Weds, Thurs, Sat and Sun.
