Come out and join the Denver Fitness workout. Every Saturday & Sunday morning at 0800. Don't be late! Very intense fun workout that you will enjoy! Hope to see you all out there.
Best parking? Get there a little early to tailgate. Go in the Northern entrance off Morrison Road, then, when you get to the split, go left and park at the bottom of the hill near the stairs of death.
Came to hike and see the views... it was empty around 4pm and nobody was around (even with beautiful weather) -- variety of trails to choose from and absolutely amazing views all along
Perhaps the most unique, large-concert venue in North America. Great natural scenery for the eye, and beautiful acoustics for the ear. Looking forward to the next one.
The sound is amazing and you can see good where ever you sit. I love being in the front and enjoy when the shows are GA in the front rows. If you love concerts you have to experience this venue.
If it's your first concert make sure you sit in GA, you get the whole experience then of the skyline, clouds & venue!!! The sound is so amazing you don't have to sit close to truly enjoy a show.
If you like music, Red Rocks is as legendary as they say. You have to catch a show in the best amphitheater ever. The acoustics are simply incredible and the atmosphere is one of a kind. Do not miss!
Perfect place for a walk or hike, to admire the red rock scenery and Denver skyline, or to learn about the geological and musical history of the Red Rock Amphitheater! A must-see CO attraction!
I mean, what is there to say? It's a classic. The acoustics are amazing, and you're nestled between some big rocks. Except for the steep climb up the stairs, it's perfect.
Short (1.5mi) but awesome hike (Trading Post Trail)! Check the weather because it was SO WINDY when I did this. You should bring a wind-breaker just in case.
Fantastic venue of a concert. The natural amphitheater set in the rocks makes this place unforgettable. Concessions were varied and at typical prices, the bbq I had was good. Definitely a must see.
One of the best concert venues in the world. Check out a show here, or just stop by during the day to see it. It's almost always open and there are people here everyday working out!
Really great to get here for the sunrise and run the amphitheater stairs any which way you choose. Check the web site since visiting hours vary before shows.
A large, tilted, disc-shaped rock behind the stage, a huge vertical rock angled outwards from stage right, large outcrops angled outwards from stage left and a seating area for up to 9,450 people.
What a view! Loved all of the new stuff they've added underground. A must see venue as there's nothing like it. Be sure to run up and down the stairs (or have your kids do it)!
Great place for venues. We come from Iowa every year for the Easter sunrise services. I have never been to an actual concert there but can imagine what that experience would be like. It is a must do.
Incredible venue. Loved sitting on the right side of the venue towards the front so I could see both the stage and the screen easily. I would however recommend parking in the south lot.
Really is amazing! The front rows are cool, but take some time to go to the top, you still get an awesome sound from the band, but you also get to see all of Denver!!
Awesome concert venue! View is awesome from the cheap seats but on windy days the sound will get lost. And the cops in nearby Morrison love to hand out tickets so go slow there!
Even if you can't catch a concert here, it's still a great place to hike and you'll find many people working out in the amphitheater early in the morning.
Be prepared! If your not in shape to handle the walk up...you will be on the run back down. Absolutely gorgeous views and a landmark you have to visit while in Morrison, CO.
This legendary, acoustically perfect summer concert venue is surrounded by towering red sandstone monoliths and Denverviews. Trails take bikers and hikers through past striking rock formations.
