Wifi is horrible and management's reluctance to replace the ongoing broken escalators is a crime.

It's a great mall, lots of shopping stores and a variety of things to do.

Don't come here unless you want to deal with service people who can't speak English and don't know where their own merchandise is.

Able bodied ppl should stop using the elevators. There r only 2 slow elevators, should.be reserved for strollers and wheelchairs!
- You ain't shopped nowhere if you haven't shopped at Metrotown.. One of my top five malls of all time. The best mall to spend a lazy Sunday and your weeks pay..
Stay away from mcdonalds parking not enough parking stalls.
