- Haitham Bu-AishaSeptember 1, 2013Loved the place.. I would always come back. Walking distance from the rough and preserved beach.. Fashion Island is close by.. Try to choose ocean view balcony..
- Fantastic location on the least developed stretch of the Newport coast, right above crystal cove the most Uncrowded and scenic beach. Villas have kitchens and the Sandbox art projects amuse the kids
- Ali ScottOctober 20, 2012I suggest The Beachcomber for breakfast, Pizza Mazzo for dinner and Javier's for a drink and late night snacks. For a nice sunset view, drive to Inspiration Point for great photo opportunities.
- Vandy💋January 18, 2015This place is very gorgeous. It reminds me of a Disney resort. Beautiful golf course out your window with an impressive beach right next to it. Absolutely amazing!
- So far nice a quiet here in 5100. Close by to a small pool, table games, and gyn. The wifi is unreliable. Don't mind the top floor corner room at all. Wish I could see the ocean but such is life.
- MarkJanuary 23, 2019Great location and beautiful buildings. Ocean views from many rooms and the main pool. The Zeus fountain is really cool, especially with the morning mist around it.
- The villas are super comfortable, spacious and well designed. Plenty of outdoor areas dotted around. Location wise it’s easy to get up and down the coast.
- Kerry KelleyMay 17, 2017Everything! What's not to love, except maybe the fact the took the Starbucks out 😞
- The view from the balconies are gorgeous, be patient, service is slow but there are a hundred people in there trying to ask question! Amazing place! For all ages
- We've been coming here for the past 6 yrs. Luv that the rms fit the entire fam. Kids luv the pools/hot tubs. Svc could be better. We do not allow housekeeping in our room. Ocean views hard to get.
- Adam BarishApril 1, 2013If you get here early you can check in and leave your bags. Hit the grocery store. They will page you when your villa is ready and take your luggage to your room.
- Great resort , the 4000's and 5000's villas are the best.
- The best place to stay for family, location , weather & safety. They just need to renew furniture & amenities
- This resort is massive! Make sure you keep a map with you OR on your phone.
- Kids night out lets parents have date night for $30 a kid... Pizza popcorn and ice cream and Pixar movie included
- Awesome and clean hotel! Very kid friendly and family oriented. Don't forget to take the shuttle bus to Fashion Island. They're great stores and nice restaurants to eat at.

- Julie FryJanuary 13, 2019Service is a ten!!! Vacation planners are over the top accommodating!!! Highly recommend
- Len B.August 21, 2015Nice resort. A lot of activities going on. Movies, kids area, yoga, dancing, ukulele lessons, etc.
- Beautiful resort. Go hit the fire pit at the top of Pacific Park past the 3700 building. Very cozy on a chilly night.
- William BrownMarch 17, 2016If you are an owner make sure you get the best view possible, the 3600 building was great!
- Stephanie SutherlandMarch 6, 2014WORTH EVERY PENNY. Try and get a villa in 3600 or 2400 unreal views and near everything.
- Steve DadolfNovember 12, 2015Great place to relax, nice views of the ocean, super nice villas, away from crowded downtown.
- Michelle MillsNovember 18, 2010Awesome for kids of all ages! Their activity center has a room for tiny ones with baskets of blocks and big legos. They even lend out books, DVDs and games!
- Haitham Bu-AishaSeptember 1, 2013You can walk to the beach from the resort or drive across the (1) freeway.
- Good location , good weather. However they should review their cleaning policies for tenants. Every 8 days just non sense
- Michael AntonioNovember 27, 2013Get a room on the top floor, otherwise you can hear everyone above you walking around or opening doors at night.
- KellyOctober 4, 2016Use caution, this is a timeshare property. Ideal rooms go to owners, and sales staff will hound you!
- Theresa GrantNovember 10, 2012Fast check-in, complimentary gift basket delivered within an hoiur of our arrival, very nice unit. We are repeat visitors.
- If you golf you absolutely must golf Pelican Hill. K'ya and Saphire Restaurants are outstanding. Beachcombers beignets and coffee!
- Eric WeiskirchSeptember 16, 2010Head down to the Beachcomber for a great breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the beach. At night they have heaters and blankets if it gets cool.
- The new pool above the 5000 units by the tennis courts is the best!
- Joseph AndersonSeptember 11, 2011Nearby grocery stores close fairly early, maybe by 10 p.m. so if you plan to cook, buy early
- Try to get a top floor corner room. This place can be loud otherwise.
