Third time we have stated here. Enjoyed it every time. It is like you have your own apartment in SF. Rooms are small but convenient to 3 major MUNI lines.

Eva PoonSeptember 14, 2011They cancelled our reso by mistake, and we almost had to sleep on the streets. The night staff was very helpful tho, but day staff was apathetic and did not offer anything for compensation.
It's been an absolute nightmare since we arrived and they lost our reservation. It would be nice if for one second they seemed apologetic.
