Such a miserable airport - dark, dingy and depressing. Needs improvement
Overcrowded. Unpleasant security check and once inside - nowhere to sit and get a drink to something small. Will try to avoid this airport next time.
Dirty, slow & disorganized airport. Security staff being rude and slow, and disembarking planes while keeping other people waiting to get to their gates. Avoid when possible.

Security was quick and well organised, but food options are mediocre for a place this big

Shame for a city which has almost 3m population. Not enough capacity- God help you if you're flying Emirates, Etihad or any other Asian subcontinent destination. Check on queues are crazy!
Tanya UAugust 20, 2022departing passengers, separate liquids in a clear container to avoid hassle. They’re really strict when it comes to this. They provide plastic bags though, but its better to have it sorted out prior.
The security personnel are a bunch of frustrated people with dead-end jobs doing repetitive, boring tasks. Treat them accordingly.
This is security taken to the level of insanity!! They know how to make your life hell. By far the worst airport on earth.

Always a ridiculously busy airport - takes ages to get through security so be prepared to wait. Good shops and food options though
