The instructors take the best care of the kids, make them learn skills and help in their physical developments.- Really great place! open gym is great. the instructors are hardcore Russians, so don't expect any welcoming committee. when you walk in, they expect you to hit the ground running.

Lagymnastics.com has info on all the classes 18 mths to adult. The adult and parkour class are great grown up workouts.- Not sure what class? Have a FREE evaluations by one of our Certified Coaches and be placed in your proper class.
