Jared LeBlancDecember 3, 2013You will receive free oil changes for life. They do charge you the sales tax and if you use synthetic, you pay the difference. Two years free comes standard on all Toyota and Scion's, as of right now.

Bought my Toyota before they were there and the "Express" lube is anything but "express".
If you're getting an oil change or need something fixed, ask for Edgar! Best service ever!

Daver LapkaSeptember 21, 2015The phone operators are part of the scam. (I asked if a repair was in warranty.) "Well we can't tell without seeing the vehicle." Service advisor took 2 seconds and told me I was out of warranty.
