- Aiden KirchnerSeptember 13, 2011One of the most distinguished luxury hotels in Washington, D.C., the Madison is also home to Palette, a popular bar and restaurant where power brokers gather to relax and, well, broker.
- Carol WeidemanOctober 25, 2012Beautiful room. Love the care of addressing environmental impact while still maintaining comfort.
- Yan BaczkowskiMay 14, 2015Excellent service and great restaurants. Convenient and near most DC locations.
- Mike ReidSeptember 15, 2012The room service is excellent. Rooms and restaurant downstairs (where to room service comes from) are nice.
- Mike ReidJune 3, 2012Nice rooms....and the food from room service? Excellent. Unlike most of the crap that comes up from the kitchen in most hotels.
- Evan EslingerMarch 19, 2012The ongoing renovations throughout the hotel are definitely a step in the right direction...the rooms, the restaurant, everything is looking and feeling better...
- Paul KriewallMay 19, 2012The room was nice and the king bed fantastic. Big drawback though on location. Not near any shops nor restaurants (except their 2 overpriced ones).
- Lisa YanceyMarch 26, 2013Great rooms! Lobby cool. Fitness Center can use an upgrade to align w the rest of the hotel.

- Karen DresselMarch 24, 2011This hotel is great. Great staff. Nice rooms. Cool bar. Picketers should spend their time looking for a job.
- Travel + LeisureJanuary 4, 2013Known as “Washington’s correct address,” the 356-room Federalist-style downtown hotel recently received a silver-hued redo.
- Substandard. No mirror in the room, no bathrobes, no towel bar, really bad pillows. And $59 for overnight parking. That said, the staff were all very good.
- Post Script lounge is fantastic. Busy but elegantly quiet
- Mary StichDecember 1, 2011Awesome king bed, but not the best customer service. Not very impressed here.
- The picketeers make a good seven'o clock wake up call.
- Daniel O'LearyMarch 23, 2011Unless you like being yelled at for crossing a picket line, and constant noise avoid this place like the plague!
