You can reserve a nifty section between the bar and the front window that's gives you a guaranteed access point to the bartender. Nifty setup, indeed.

This place’s happy hour laughs in the face of the word “hour”—it runs from 4 to 9 p.m. Beers are $3 (and PBR is $2), one of the best bargains in New York City. Can’t beat that.

Good drinks, good prices. But if you're looking for atmosphere this is not the place to go. Very dingy and the bathroom looks like a nightmare!
