I love Lifetime Apex. I train w/Tony & Charlton & they are awesome! Mgmt staff Brett & Jake are always there to help. Babysitters are fun and my kids love it! Gym is clean! Equip is new & updated!

David Freeman is a wonderful trainer. Well worth the money. My sister and I both have trained with him and have loved it. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good workout
