Best, Inexpensive Chinese Food in Torrance. It’s located along side the Ramada Inn Hotel on the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH).

Yay! They still serve our xaio long bao! New ownership, it's now Lee's. very pleased at the food here. We'll be back for sure.
