Hard to beat the ocean views from this bar and restaurant on the sand at Anaehoomalu Bay. Come for lunch or dinner, and enjoy specialties like pineapple fried rice. Live entertainment in the evening.
Great vibes = live music by the water. The poke and edamame are a must, skip the shrimp it was dry...I ended up giving the local resident cat, lava lava, some and she really enjoyed them.
Happy Hour starts at 3pm, and two drinks have $6 prices, the Mai Tai and Gilligan's Girl. The rest are all regular price. Both are definitely worth it!!
Sunset views with long but worth it waits for the tasty tiki cocktails. The food was good too, like the ahi “nachos” and the pineapple chicken fried rice.
One if the best place I have been to. Ahi Poke was delicious, pineapple rice was great. We also tried the FOB fish sandwich, highly recommend it. Gilligan's girl drink is a must!
Great food on a great beach. You're so close to water, you can walk right in if you wanted. Although, if you're afraid of birds, check it out before you get a table.
Great place for lunch! Not only did we love the location, but the food was good and the service was extremely friendly! The barbecue sauce is tasty and so is the fresh fish of the day sandwich.
Everything is delicious at this hidden gem. Get the sizzling shrimp and stand-up nachos. Happy hour has live music which makes this beach even more magical. Love love love!
Great place to drink and watch the sun go down. Tables go right out onto the beach, but there are no reservations on these. Food is not too bad, but a little pricey. Service is good.
The drink "Lotsa Booze" is excellent for a group of people ready to drink! They light a shot on fire and provide 4 straws, so you're definitely getting a bang for your buck.
Food - pork nachos- great; fish sandwich -shitomi?? Awful- raw in parts and fishy tasting ;. Tea- great; quinoa salad- ok; pound of fries- good Price- pricey but to be expected due to location
Remember parking here is limited and on their 2nd ever Friday night the parking lot was full! We loved the community table and my husband made new friends at the bar.
waiting time very long (whereas a lot of tables are available) the service is not very good and the quality of drinks/ menu is bad. Very nice place in front of the beach.
Both of us had "issues" the next morning after eating 3 dishes at happy hour here. Disappointed to find out it's the same as Huggo's in Kona. Good drinks and view, but other than that a bit overrated.
