- Natalie ClarkeDecember 21, 2017Good coffee and cakes and the cats are happy, friendly and well looked after. Vegan options and plant based milks are available. The red velvet cake was moist and delicious.
- Jason HirstDecember 12, 2014Awe!!!! What a great place this is! Ignore the negative reviews, this is a really relaxing environment with great decor and food and most importantly lovely chilled cats!
- Jah RahmanJanuary 4, 2018Need to book in advance. Has a good selection of teas and desserts. Would suggest to just be natural the cats are very chilled and happy to play but can be pestered by people chasing them around.
- KostasJuly 19, 2015You don't need more than 2' to see this is the best café ever (if you like cats). Great variety of tea & cakes. Staff is friendly and always try things to get the cats to know you.
- Yasmin YazdaniJune 14, 2014So great! Lovely staff, really relaxed atmosphere and gorgeous kitties. The price was really reasonable too - we paid about £15 in total for lunch, cake and tea.
- Clea RomeoNovember 22, 2015Book online especially if you want to go on a weekend. Really nice experience. Bagels were fantastic and reasonably priced, staff were friendly. Best to go in the morning when the cats are active
- An KkaApril 5, 2014I came here last Saturday. The cats are very sweet, some are playful and others like to walk around and enjoy the atmosphere. Loki is very entertaining. Petra and Romeo are lovely. Wookie is cute.
- Kelly Van RensbergenSeptember 16, 2014Fact: cats are furry therapists. And kudos for amazing cream tea. Makes you forget about waiting times outside and availability. A must-visit for Londoners and tourists alike.
- margheritaSeptember 1, 2015Serving for high tea was huge, lovely food and drink. We were asked several times if we wanted anything topped up. The cats weren't really up for playing but it was an extremely relaxing afternoon.
- CeriAugust 21, 2014Red velvet cake is stunning! Gets quite warm so wear layers. The cats are so lovely and the staff take great care of them!
- Ashleigh ThompsonAugust 15, 2018Order a hot chocolate from their menu! All named after their cats. I got a chilli chocolate one and it was delicious!
- LFebruary 10, 2015Be patient and the cats will come to you! Plan to stay at least an hour. Try the rose tea, avoid the apple & cinnamon one (it's bitter) and be quiet & relaxed.
- Rowen FultzJune 25, 2018The cats are beautiful and so well taken care of, and the food is absolutely banging ❤️
- Will MooreAugust 12, 2017Food is good and the atmosphere is relaxing. The cats are cats so they might be sleepy or not take a liking to you. But the staff will help you find a playful one and how to get on their good side.
- Lovely staff, adorable cats! Yummy cakes, good amount of other people, so it doesn't feel too crowded and you get lots of time with the kittens. :)
- Arroma AlsadahOctober 25, 2023Nice vegan hot chocolate. Vanilla cupcake needs improvement. Nice interior, it is like a big cat house.Friendly employees. Average prices.
- Good selection of gluten free and dairy free cakes. Needles to say that all kitties are adorable!
- SwarmstrongJune 29, 2016Absolutely lovely decor. Cats are all super chilled and staff are very knowledgeable, nice and totally mental 😂.
- Jackie HolmesOctober 23, 2018Try the vegan afternoon tea - it's delightful! Oh, and the oat milk cappuccino!!
- Ana RDecember 30, 2014I loved it but having people and kids always and always around the cats with toys and cameras really sets them off :(
- Ju LuDecember 25, 2015If you think cats will come to you you're wrong. You're paying for seeing (sometimes) cats sleeping or hanging around ignoring you. Salads are good though
- Nickie ChapmanMarch 15, 2014Food isn't cheap. Coke came warm. Cats are great :) Go downstairs for more cats and better atmosphere.
- Geneviieve WongJuly 14, 20141 of the waitresses is always interrupting customers who are trying 2 play with the cats,it's annoying. We paid to see cats&if you don't want customers feeding them treats, don't sell them at the tills.
- Thomas HeylenFebruary 13, 2016Not catisfied... Creepy and anoying staff who thinks they are "cat-experts". It's ugly inside and you have to be lucky to pet or play with a cat. I touched a cat for almost a second...
- Charlie ElliottApril 26, 2014The sofas downstairs are the best place to have a good view of cats wandering around.
- Daniel DemmelMarch 5, 2014Adam, one of the black cats is the warmest, cuddliest creature who likes to hang out on laps :)
- JenMarch 2, 2015Like cats? Like cafes? Well this place is probably a good place for you to check out.
- Oliver ShreeveOctober 18, 2014Cats, cats everywhere! Don't expect them to let you touch them though.
- Ida BergforsAugust 28, 2014More like a cat brothel. Exhausted and confused cats and creepy, over-eager customers.
