I always try to make a stop at La Castela when in Madrid. You can try to make a reservation in the restaurant or just have the same food at the bar, disputing space with other people.

Tough to get a table without a reservation. The bar area, although a bit tight, isn’t too bad. Enjoyed all the tapas we ordered !
