- Trisha BudhaiJuly 29, 2017Need a quick snack before heading off to wherever in the world. Grab a sandwich and coffee at the woolworths. Quick, convenient and tasty.
- Free WiFi available. Only 10 minutes free parking at the drop off zone. Short term parking is very expensive.
- Kyle WhittingtonApril 5, 2015Parking directions on approach are a bit confusing if you haven't been here before. Pick up and go is also a disaster if it's busy cause you get 20 minutes and people just dump their cars.
- Maya GalievaSeptember 5, 2018Free wifi in the airport, rental cars in the parking area, good idea to rent and save money
- Passengers have to push their trolleys down & up a steep incline between parking area and terminals... so cars can drive level over the pedestrian tunnel... What a design?!🤨
- Mugg & Bean is always our go to place when we come to the airport. Highly recommend the carrot cake. I was pleasantly surprised to see there’s a Dis-Chem Pharmacy which wasn’t here before ⚛️
- Vast and with the cleanest toilets! Really quick luggage arrival, quickest I've experienced anywhere in the world. Shops are a bit depressingly dull though!
- Pamela ChowJuly 16, 2014Watch out for the porters waiting outside departures. They just take your bags from taxis and put them onto trolleys without telling you it's a charged service. Mgmt should not allow them to do this.
- Nate SJanuary 28, 2017South Africa's newest airport.(Opened in 2010 for the World Cup). 30-35 minute drive to CBD.
- If you checked in online you can go straight through to the boarding gates if you know what the gate number is.
- Kulula's e-boarding passes (bar codes on your cell phone) don't seem to work. Other airlines' e-boarding passes work fine.
- Have your uber drop you off upstairs for the quickest route to departures.
- Gerald VMay 5, 2014Checked in at Mango Airlines. Baggage was over limit and lady duly allowed the excess for no charge.
- Christopher SmithSeptember 4, 2016In the international departure lounge. Alba Easy Lounge is really poor. Food ordered by my wife was stone cold. On complaining was advised food was prepared in the domestic lounge. Really, pathetic.
- King Shaka International AirportOctober 31, 2014Look out for 'Rate our Service' posters at Immigrations and Security check points and sms us feedback.
