Ive stayed at several in Edinburgh recently and this is my favourite so far. I really like the interior design (lots of thought has gone into styling) and staff are very attentive and friendly.
Wifi is spotty even in the free lobby areas, and get ready to pay some pretty pounds for wifi in your room. Other than that this place is posh and lovely!
WiFi is available but only at a price. They have a public PC you can use but at the rate of four pounds per 30 minutes. All very miserly considering far simpler places offer free WiFi.
Over hyped. Poor hotel + woeful management. Guaranteed Spire Elite benefits ignored. Hotel not aware of core elements of Kimpton brand - social password. Far from a premium experience. One to avoid.
