Niki Katherine HolmesNovember 29, 2014Vegetarians! Try the mushroom risotto. One type of mushroom is cut thick to be the "meat" almost like scallops, while porcini and shitake deepen the flavor. Parmesan & butter form a creamy sauce. Yum!

Dress warm for the cool evenings and wear covered shoes if you wish to do a bit of hiking in the area.
