There are actually free water fountains outside of the bathroom. It is crowded but the kids are having a blast. And I get to sit and read!

Rules are really confusing. Age limits, extra $$ for this area and extra $$ for that area. But no one explains it before you pay?!? And there aren't signs explaining each area's requirements.

The clerk didn't tell me that the electric bull ride was out of order and not running that day. I spent the extra $3 for nothing 'cause kids were interested in just the bull ride.

Terrible rules and policies. Didn't see anything regarding this on their website. Kids under 4 are confined to a small area and adults are not allowed on the trampolines. Place smells weird too

Absolutely the worst customer service and the computer system does a miserable job of tracking data for their required safety waivers. Not enough seating for waiting parents - not worth the money.
