Go before it gets dark and see the tivoli turn into a beautifully lit magic garden. Stay until it closes and see the water, light and music show at the lake. Go well in advance to get a good spot!
Great fun for the whole family! Get the unlimited pass so you can go on as many rides as you like. The hidden gem of the park is the 'Train' roller coaster, if only for the super happy controller.
This is an amusement park like no other in the world. It's from 1843 and although new rides and restaurants open each year, it is always done with respect to tradition and history of the park. Enjoy!
If you want to spend the whole day here, it is worth it to buy the right to go out of the area during the day (24kr). For example, it is cheaper to eat outside of the area.

Central food/drink/produce Mekka in Copenhagen. Well worth the crowds. Le petit, ma poule, banh mi, hachi Sanchez, coffee collective, Gorms and Smag are really delicious to name a few
Beauuuuutiful place! If the weather is good, you can spend the entire day here. There's a small truck that sells coffee and other refreshments. Definitely a must to go here!

It's impossible to go wrong here - tacos, shawarma, pulled pork, pulled duck, Korean fried chicken, fried chicken using potato flower... They're all excellent and so are the beers and rums.
One of the coolest places in Copenhagen! The food, the people, the atmosphere.. It's all great! Whatever your heart desires, I'm sure you can find it here. (The Creme brûlée doughnut is worth a try)
A beautiful Historic castle that contains the Danish Crown Jewels. Excellently laid out displays that have QR codes in various languages. You get in free if you have a Copenhagen Card.
One of the best playgrounds around. Don't forget to pick up Sicilian icecream at SI and coffee/records at "Sort kaffe og vinyl" just across Istedgade.
Very local. It can be extremely crowded at the weekend. The age group is young. The beers are good, prices are reasonable, staff is very friendly, music is nice. A place for 1-2 beers for bar hopping.
The five course lunch tasting menu was amazing. Definitely great value and lots of interesting flavours. Highly recommended to us by a local and we can't agree more.

I love this park and its lake. The is a great bar perfect to have a beer / glass of wine with views to the lake. There are a lot of children and mothers walking their trolleys. It is super romantic!
Lovely place. 80dkk for the entrance. Dont hesitate to pay the 20 for the camera it is the worth fir the treasury. No bag allowed.
Nice park, star shape, 15min walking away from the OldTown. Great for running, walking or enjoying sun in a lazy day. There is Military/Intelligence area in the heart of the park. See the monuments.
This place is amazing! Beautiful library with two types of architecture, old and modern come together. Good place to study and read, but they also have a museum area, restaurant and exhibition space.
We visited with two kids (2 & 4 yo) and had a good time. The children's wing is really nice and interactive. And: this museum is free!!
If you wish to know more about Denmark and its history, it's a must in Copenhagen, even if you don't like museums, you will like this one!
