Love the darker basement feel of this place. I haven't been during peak hours but always has been a good place to escape crowds for a beer

Service isn't the greatest but the Mac and cheese and fish and chips are really good. Cool beer selection. The oatmeal stout was my favorite

Feels like you've been locked in a basement with a bunch of really smart kids. But this time they brought beer and it's fun.

Typical American pub, with dirty forks and knifes, glasses and plates. Nonetheless food is really good... Tried Shepard's pie and apple crumble - both were delicious...

A nice bar with a bunch of craft beers and you can also find a table with a bigger group!

This is a great place to visit if you are severely depressed. Good beers in a dungeon esque environment. Don't forget to take off your socks and walk across the vintage carpet!

Good place for drinks and food while in Harvard Square. Large space, nice atmosphere (but dark), and good drink selection.

Service is not the best but it is a good place for crowded groups. Variety of beers. Cambridge's tradition :)

Pepperoni pizza leaves a lot to be desired...ale steak and cheese sliders are great!!!! Carbonara Mac and cheese a+, meatloaf no good!

John Harvard's has three overly priced, unique macaroni and cheeses on their menu. I hate to pay $17.00 for a plate of pasta, but this brew house makes it completely worth every penny! Read more
