Bottle-conditioned, naturally sparkling cider fermented in French oak puncheons. Made from a blend of traditional and heirloom apple varieties grown within 200 miles of our cidery.

In contrast to all the others, the Orval Trappist brewery makes only one beer for the general public. It has an intensely aromatic and dry character. Between the first and second fermentations there is also an additional dry-hopping process. Through this the beer acquires its pronounced hoppy aroma and extra dry taste. Bottled at 5.2% abv can go up as high as 7.2%

Another ("typical") , extraordinarily tasty hop tsunami. Bright, sandy golden malt supports waves of grapefruit, melon, mango, and spruce tips. Pine needles to pineapples. And as always, dank and stank.

Ambershock® is an amber beer produced by way of infusion, with 7.0% alcohol by volume (17.7 Plato degrees) . The wort boiling phase is prolonged in this case to obtain a certain caramelizing of the sugars in the wort. Strong, full-bodied and mellow, its marked yet well-balanced malt flavor mainly derives from a special bottle-conditioning process that lasts for approximately 4 weeks. Bear in mind that this is not a refermentation phase caused by adjunct sugar or wort, which happens with Trappist beers. It is an exclusive procedure adopted by Birrificio Italiano® of Lurago Marinone. That is why Ambershock® is only sold in bottles. If it were matured in vats and served on tap, it would have a completely different taste. Bottle conditioning also brings about perfect settling of the yeast, which makes it possible to have a perfectly limpid beer with a strong, bright amber color.

Brewed with traditional harvest grains. Surette is a provision Saison with a tart and vinous character from extended barrel aging.

This triple IPA was brewed to celebrate Finback's 1st Anniversary. Dry hopped with CItra and El Dorado, a lot of it. Big piney aroma but with a subtle dankness and boozy finish. A strong beer brewed to recognize a strong local NYC beer community!

This kolsch is brewed with Maine oats, and Mandarina Bavaria and Mosaic hops. Pours murky, but bright yellow with flavor notes of grain and light citrus.

Pours black-brown with a creamy beige head. The nose has hard roated malts, dry chocolate, prunes. Light to medium sweet flavor with ash, charred toast, some baking cocoa, earth. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Further ashy roast on the finish, some burnt leaves, chalky cocoa.

Amber Ale deftly balances a mixture of toasted grain & light caramel notes with a range of floral, citrus and herbal hop notes, capped by a clean bitterness.

A traditional saison style now made only at Blaugies, using barley and spelt ("epeautre") , a primitive strain of wheat.

This American Wild Rye Ale was brewed with a substantial portion of rye malt, and the spicy character of the grain asserts itself with clove and pepper in the aroma and flavor. Add in sour cherry notes from our special blend of micro-organisms and vanilla from the red wine barrels and you've got a mouthful!

BARREL AGED PALE ALE. High fermentation beer, for one year aged in French oak barrels . During maturing time, the beer draws the warm woody flavour from the barrel. Ingredients: Malts: Pale, Crystal, Wheat and Coffee; Hops: Challenger, East Kent Goldings and Fuggles.

Vieille meaning "Old" is our artisinal barrel-aged Saison, lightly dry hopped. Each batch release is a diverse blend of Vieille casks that have taken on a soft Brettanomyces character before being lightly dry hopped. Dominated by a floral, citrusy hop character, a subtle herbal note and a tart finish, Vieille's character exemplifies artisan Saisons.

Wow. This is quickly becoming one of our favorite beers here at Shelton Bros. This is the perfect session beer - loaded with complex yeast flavors, hopped to perfection, and as drinkable as any beer you've ever tried. At 4.5% alcohol, it's built for drinkability we suggest buying it by the case. You're no doubt wondering where the name comes from and what the hell the foreign text says. It's all been explained to us by the brewers, but we're still not entirely clear about it. What we can understand is that a young Flemish man has gone and married a French-speaking Wallonian girl, and his father, Taras Boulba, is very angry. (Smeirlap means 'fool' in a bizarre local dialect, which combines Flemish and French, somehow.) This is all a bastardization of the original story by Gogol, whose protagonist was Russian, a Protestant. His son marries a Polish girl, a Catholic, during the religious war between the two countries in the 1600's, and the Russian father simply kills his son to eliminate the shame.

This "Oatmeal Pilsner" combines the smoothness of an oatmeal stout and the pale golden color or a German Pilsner. An enormous helping of Nobel hops impart aromas of a fresh cut field whilst English oats and our house yeast give this ale a surprisingly rich finish.

Hof ten Dormaal Dark is an original amber colored ale brewed strictly via traditional methods. It is bottle conditioned and uses a top fermenting house yeast strain. The grain and bittering hops are produced on the Hof ten Dormaal farm.

Golden, naturally cloudy, bottle conditioned and dry hopped for a perfectly refreshing balance of spicy malts, hops and yeast.

The Firefly, an artisan pale ale brewed in the Grand Cru tradition. Enjoy its golden effervescence and gentle hop aroma. Coriander and Grains of Paradise round out the spicy palate, melting o so softly into a silken finish of hoppiness and bliss! Make any season a celebration!

Hoppy and roasty American IPA, brewed as the dark-colored counterpart to Another One (both beers incorporate the exact same kettle and dry hopping schedule) . Weez presents a blend of hoppy and roasty notes on the nose, followed by hoppy resins on the tongue, and finishes with a deep roast.

Blue is the first bottle conditioned ale brewed deliberately to taste great chilled. Maris otter malt and whole leaf hops. Try sharing in two stemmed glasses to appreciate hop derived Muscadet aromas.

Over the ages the term 'cellar door' has numerously been referred to as the most beautiful term in the English language. upon setting out to create the first summer addition to the Stateside line up of ales; the feeling that almost instantly came to me was that of beauty & cleansing. many summer offerings tend to lack the complexity of their bigger, colder season counterparts; so my goal was to craft an ale of extreme balance with a delicate complexity that allows for contemplation while also providing quaffable refreshment. starting with a base of German wheat & pale malts this crisp slightly hazy foundation was then accented with a blend of Sterling & Citra hops providing a intricate blend of herbal grass & tangerine citrus flavors and aroma. to pull this all together and to complete the 'cleansing' aspect of my vision i gently finished the ale off with a touch of white sage, lending a mild earthy spice character to the blend. of course let's not forget our house saison yeast that brought all the elements together leaving a dry yet intricate finish.

Madrone is an amber saison with a hint of tartness and a big burst of fruity west coast hops. Citrus and tropical fruit in the nose this might be the closest to an IPA we'll get.

The Monarchy's is the only authentic version of a "Grodziskie", made with 100% oak-smoked wheat, local Polish hops, and the beer's original yeast. When it was discovered that the original brewery occasionally used willow bark in the recipe, they decided to throw that in too. Based on a beer style once brewed in the Polish town of Grodzisk Wielkopolski.

'Zingari' is Italian for gypsies, and this name perfectly captures Wandering Star's take on the Belgian Wit style. Brewed with 50% six-row barley and 50% malted and unmalted wheat, the beer is subtly spiced with lemongrass, cardamom, fenugreek, and coriander. The result is a refreshing 5% ABV beer with a zingy citrus zest.

Napoleon's troops referred to Berliner Weisse as the "Champagne of the North" due to its lively and elegant character. Today this style is described by some as the most refreshing beer in the world. Our approach was to brew this beer with Lactobacilius for a refreshing and authentic interpretation of a classic summer refresher.
