I know you're supposed to order spaetzle or potato salad at a German restaurant, but the mashed potatoes are seriously the best I've had in my life. Light and fluffy and perfectly seasoned.

You can't get potato pancakes as good as these anywhere in the world, including Germany! (Trust us, we've been there)

Food is hit and miss. Portion sizes have shrunk, but that is typical for most places today. Was much better when Margaret was alive and running the place.
