The loyalty special says 15% off for the entire ticket, but this isn't the case. It's just for the person with the phone. Extremely poor wording. I'm really disappointed, Jackson's. I feel duped.

Service kinda sucks, and if you unlock the loyalty bonus, they will give you a hard time if you try to use it, and you really only get 10% off one person, not the bill
