Everything I've had so far - was delicious. Their Croque Madame is to die for, so is crawfish Benedict. Also loved stuffed peppers. Joe makes mean Bloody Mary's so don't miss out on some booze here!
Was just in NOLA and this spot is actually quite on par with local foods from down there... alligator slider was under-cooked but delicious and the catfish had heavy creamy sauce, but cooked perfectly
Loved this place, I had a cocktail made up by the bartender and the pimms cup, both delicious. My bf and I also had food there, the catfish po' boy sandwich and pulled pork sandwich, both amazing.
A New Orleans bar and restaurant without the cheesiness and beads. Drinks are solid. Check out the one with the jalapeño and pineapple infused tequila...silver tongued devil. Thank me later!
Happy hour 4-7pm. Great range of cocktails. Cool music. An exception to the UES. Stop in here before heading to see a speaker at the 92 St Y or a walk in Central Park.
I like the idea of Nola themed however the club music didn't match the atmosphere (jazz would have been so cool!) and if I'm paying $14-16 for a cocktail, it should be amazing. Food looked good though
Fantastic Sazerak cocktail. The lady enjoyed the 'Pin Up' cocktail. Definitely try the gumbo or the Absinthe Chocolate Chip Cookies (trust me, it works).
Walked in and chatted with the owner for a bit... This guy knows what's up!!! It's going to b a great addition to the area- definitely needed a cocktail bar like this!
Get the Rags and Roses! The St. James is not good for you if you have a problem with growing hair on your chest. It's ARMY strong. Tastes likes shot of Hennessy. :-X
