"Warm food despite waited for so long and order was forgotten. AND they tried to charge us 1 set extra coz they think we ordered additional. Service was SUPER slow. Didn't serve 9 chawanmushi for sets."

"2nd time after the whole forgotten our order twice early this year. Got the Salmon Cream Pasta. Pasta was alright. Mushroom portion okay. Salmon NOT fresh and the texture was mushy. It was very weird."
