Nonihm Thai, in hot, or very hot, will definitely satisfy those who like it hot. Like me. ;) This has quickly become my new favorite in Cebu. =)

karen patricia lattnerJuly 10, 2015beef stroganoff was imported here by the US in the 50's. It has gone out of fashion there except in school cafeterias. Why anyone thinks it's a good dish, anywhere, anytime, remains a mystery.
Everyone loves their Beef Stroganov, but my personal favorite is the Beef Medditeranean Salad. 😊👌👌
This place has really leveled up! I remember the free pomelo juice for every plate of their signature dishes like the Saigon Adobo, my favorite! Cebu trip is not complete without iLa Puti.
The only 24-hour full service restaurant in Cebu! Your place, the only place for Asian Soul Food! 👍👍👍
Their Silog is a must try! It's super sulit at P218.00. The tapa is sweet which I love. #sweettooth

Aside from their Stroganov (which is delicious as well) try their Grilled Chikari ~ served with a unique rice with tomatoes in it. Delectable!
When I'm in here, it's either Beef Stroganov or Saigon Adobo or Gravy Crazy or Chicken Jambalaya. Try their Pink Lemonade too!
Grilled Jakari is great! Also highly recommend the Big breakfast or Silog Special and the Phoenix Mandarin Salad.

It's not because I'm indian that I love the chicken chikari but more like it's just really good and you'll never go wrong with it :)..LOL
